I think that a pc'd Honda Yellow frame would look good with the blue plastic. You just should do your swing arm and a-arms Black or silver or it starts getting a little over bearing...

And, of course, you can never go wrong with a black frame...

Definitly Orange or a shade of orange! That copper sparkle that pappy has in his color section would look smoking hot with blue fenders. With maybe like a gunmetal gray or something accent and little pieces. Moly coated heada and cylinder. I would go with solid 416 or 426. Reliable and powerful. Nice port polish. 450r carb. exhaust of your choice. Then suspension setup of your choice depending of riding style.

A white frame wouldn't look bad either.

Timmy-I think you should go with 10 in rims, they look a lot better, and its easier to get tires with a 10 in rim. I think you should widen out the frond, and rear. 450r shocks are amazing stock, but you can get them revalved and respringed from Race Tech and they would be better than elka's. I believe setup before motor. Sorry motorhead's lol. I would drop in a cam, which will def. bring it alive and a high comp. piston. From there you can do a lot of things more but thats what i have in my practice bike, my old 400, and it rips, can beat some 450's.

As for a paint scheme, since you have blue plastic, the orange would look badass, but have you thought of a gloss white? Then maier blue colored lower a arms, gloss white top, gloss white hubs, gloss white swinger. And white accesories here and there.

I only say the white and blue color scheme because that what i am doing  lol.

Ever since i seen this k and k atv quad i am going to do this to my 450, but mine is white plastic and i was thinking a gloss white frame and blue acccessories like i listed above. Here is the pic. Happy riding.

I too will be doing a winter build also. I got a 2003 frame and 2002 motor. I'm going with a 440 big bore with Hot Cam stage 2. Its going to be an 11 to 1 motor. with other goodies in the motor too. 450r front shocks ( rebuilt). Plastic will most likely be Maier or Fullbore , in either white or gray carbon fiber.
