steering stem question

I bought this stem for my 250r and it doesn't fit. It is a laegers +1 anti vibe with fat bars mount. The person i bought it from said it was off his 2000 400ex after i bought it. Can you guys identify this stem as a 400ex stem and if so I wanna try to sell it so I can buy a 250r stem

I have a 250r stem in mine and have no problems with it.

well that might work but a 400ex stem wont fit a 250r unless you grind the stops down and use spacers and this is a new stem so i really don't wanna mod it id rather sell it to someone and get a stem made for mine, but this does look like a 400ex stem?
