i need help with timing chain [Archive]

i have an 05 predator 500 and i think that the timing chain went can you help me? i snubed it out and when i went to start it it cranked over a few times and locked up but i can put it in 5ifth and pop the clutch roling it backwards to spin the motor backwards but when i try to start it again it only turns over half way and locks up again.
