Rebuild 250r rear shock

Say I were to buy a Race Tech Gold Valve kit from them, and a proper spring as well. I rebuild my shock with new guts, spring, and oil. Where to get the nitrogen charged at, and how much? I suppose I could go to our local welding/medical gas place...is that where you'd suggest???

I get my nitrogen from the local welding shop they fill a small 200psi bottle for around 50 bucks but the bottle last me for a long time you can probialy get them to just fill the shock if thats what you need, Im sure prices vary to depending on where your at and where you go
