400ex gearing ?????

i have stock gearing and ride nothing but trails. when im hitting long steep hills im forced to stay in first gear and end up just creeping up the hill rather then going fast. i am looking for suggestions to get me in second gear without bogging down.

Get a smaller front sprocket like a 14 tooth. Its about $15.
