Have you tried Googling "Yamaha OEM Parts?"

The cap you lost is for the shaft of the kick started kit. Here is where you can find it.

http://partsfinder.onlinemicrofiche.com/Alba/Yamaha_OEM/YamahaATV.asp?Type=13&A=290&B=13

It is item #30

Where is teh second cap you said you lost, I only see one.

Personally, I have never see one of the plugs you are missing fall out. My friend put a kick starter on his bike, and we had to hit the plug with a punch from the inside to get it out.

All it is, is a piece of rubber with a metal insert. No big deal. A new plug will pop right in.

I bet you were suprised when you started your bike, and it started spitting oil out at you :)

Pull the side case, be careful with the gasket, pop a new plug in her, and re-install the side case. 7.2 ft./pounds ;)

Looks like your missing a fender bracket also. But if I remember you have different plastic so you might not need it.
