I have a complete 04/05 motor witha bad crank I'm going to pull apart. I'll sell all the kick start parts (less the kick lever, It didn't come with the motor) for $100

ok. so you'll sell me EVERYTHING else that would be needed for the kickstarter version, minus the actual kickstart bar you kick down?

sent you a pm but yes, all the parts that are in the motor go to the kickstart go with it.

the kicker shaft out of and 04-05 is to short for the 06+ bikes..

heres some useful information(for the people that have replied to this thread)

it goes into detail about using 05 parts to do a 06 kicker, and he highlights in red that those are the parts that MUST be 06 parts. otherwise, all the other 05 stuff will work. Heres the list:
