View Full Version : Tether kill switch?

Hey I am looking at puting on a tether kill switch on my 05 honda 400. What do I get, normally open, or closed. Any suggestions on witch one to get or brand. Thanks

I cant complain about my Pro Armor, works pretty good.

x2. my install looks very profesional too I tied it into the ground and kill switch wires already on the quad and wrapped it back up. Looks like it was meant to be on there.

it is a normally open if you want to do it so it is not in line with the current setup. it will ground out instead of connect to 2 wires. if you want to do that and splice it in then get a normally closed. there is a good place to do the normally open too so you do not have to cut the wires at all. Right before the coil behind the black side panel is a set of disconnect plugs. the black with a yellow stripe one is the one to run the wire into and plug in. then you can ground out the other end where ever you like and you are good to go. steve

just added my pro armor about 3 months ago..looks great,works great and after install was done,wrapped it back up and looks like it came from Honda that way...well worth the money.
