how do you rebuild your shocks

well it is time for a rebuild on my shocks. is it easy to do by my self or would i have to send them in to some place. where sould i send them. and how much money

I would send them to the people you baught them off. and If they are stock the fronts can not be rebuilt. only the rear can be rebuilt. Try the quadshop. I've never dealed with them but i have heard good things
