What style nerfs are better?

Trying to decide on a set of nerfs. Are the ones that are all one piece better than the ones that have separate heel guards? What are the pros and cons of both?

i'm liking the ones that are multi piece, i want a set of raths but not in the budget right now lol.. if you bend or break a piece your either going to replace a entire nerf or just that piece.. you'll have the same protection pretty much depending on design of each manufacturer.. just make sure you get a set that has the replaceable pegs, or your going to sharpen the pegs till you don't have any left!!
