i am looking for a good starting place. i bought a 04 450r, it was running terrible. the motor is stock, has a full hmf exhaust and stock air filter. it has a 48 pilot and i put a 165 mainjet and removed the airbox lid. runs good now, but i haven't pulled the plug jet to see how it looks. just wondering if someone is running the same setup and how you are jetted. thanks for any help

your main sounds alittle lean for a full exhaust. im in ohio so im close. and im running 175-180 main (dynojet) and im using a procircuit slip on.... bump up your main alittle then mess with the a/f screw and it will rip.
