How do I choose a winch size?

If you plan to bury it to the handlebars, go big, like a 2500 lb winch. A smaller winch may need help, like riding it out at the same time.

its a ranger, UTV, no bars
see if you can figure out about how much it weighs and then i would reccomend getting a Warn winch, top quality stuff try maybe a RT35 or 40?

X2 on the warn... they make good stuff... and i would go alittle on the large side.. its kinda like havin 4x4... you might no always need it... but when you do... you really need it...
