steering stem identification

can any of you guys identify this stem as a z400 stem I cannot figure out what its made for and its brand new, I have a 250 its def. not made for that. Let me know what you guys think.

It looks just like the end of the stocker that I am holding, so I would say yes it is. Is there no stamping on it other than the brand?

ill double check but i don't see any stamping, this is also up for sale if any one is interested make me an offer it doesn't have a single ride on it.
