if you run ethanol in any thing 10 percent you have now just voided you factory warranty.

thats dumb cuz where else are you gonna find gas if they switch it all over to 10% man our goverment really sucks

that sucks. i know our labels at the pumps say that gas may contain up to 10% ethenol. im not sure if that includes our sunoco 94 or not. when in doubt run race gas :D or mix some high test with some race gas and dilute it a bit

I can't even find gas without that crap in it. If any one knows any where around Portland, OR that has any, please let me know!!

Mine is older ('99), so warranty is no longer an issue. IIRC though my owner's manual says that oxygenated (10% ethanol) is ok for use in the 400ex. Nothing I found mentioned voiding warranty.:confused:

i am getting warranty work done to my kfx 450 they coverd it no prob and i always ran ethanol through it since for the lasr year thas is all that is here no probs with the wareranty!
