Yes, why replace with OEM when you can get a ceramic hybrid radial that is lighter stronger than the original; plus, the inner and outer race and cage is made by Honda, and the balls are made by the world leaders in ceramic - Cerbec

the two best bearing manufactures in the world combined in one part.... Absolutely nothing is better,,,... It's the biggest bearing in our engine

I feel this will solve all crank bearing failures in this engine- short of poor preventive maintenance schedules...

was looking on 450r.org and found out honda has a updated crank fro the 05 motors part #

13090-hp1-315

and it says n there it comes with the bearings and a new collar and seal for the collar. is this both bearings or just one?

Personally, I've had pretty good luck with the Hot Rods factory replacement crank.

But when tearing a motor all the way down like that, you need to do a few things while you are in there for good measure. Like piston rings and oil pump. It's too easy to change those out for the added security they provide.

No, but whatever seals come with the kit, use them since you got them, except your copper crush gasket to your header, if it doesn't leak, don't mess with it.
