I have an '07 YFZ, and did my first hare scramble this past weekend....was a blast even though I got my @rse beat... well there was a rough obstacle course set up with boulders to ride over....needless to say after a lap or two they started to separate and wheels would fall inbetween and the bike would be buried on the frame...

My nerf bar on the right side must have gotten stressed too hard because it broke the bolt mount off where the back brake pedal pivots....the inner bushing where the brake pedal rides snapped off the frame....bolt and all...the bolt itself is fine - it is the actual bushing that snapped.... I wondered why I had no back brakes lol...

Anyway - anyone ever have this happen? Seems like an easy tig-weld fix, but just wondering if there is an aftermarket fix to make this stronger?
