250r DB levels

i was curious what kinda DB levels you guys are getting with your aftermarket exhaust systems on your 250s.

I don't know about a full aftermarket system, but my 250R with the stock pipe and FMF silencer checked out at 89db at the GNCC's when I used to race them. I think I can fart louder than that. :D

I run an FMF Turbine Core 2 with my LRD adjustable just to keep the noise down around 93-95ish.

my lrd adjustable ran at below 93. The turndown tip helps alot with noise reduction. A well packed 2 stroke is fairly quiet, when I woods ride my dirtbikes, the only ones you can really hear is the 4 strokes and the sound goes far.

I was at Silver Lake this past weekend and hit 101 dB with an ESR TRX5 mated to a FMF Turbine Core II. Needless to say, my silencer needs to be repacked. However, I stole a buddy's brand new Turbine Core II and hit 95 dB. The law states that you must be under 94 dB, but they would let you in if you were 98 dB or under.

sparks tt pipe and silencers on 344 pro-x and 310 pro-x blew a 106 and 103 or something like that.

trx5 pipe on the 344 pro-x and dave moore silencer blew a 97 or 99.

both were by national park workers or cops...
