stock exhaust power

what all can you do to a 300ex's exhaust system to help it out. so far i've taken the spark arrestor out and the little plate thing underneath and grinded the welds out of the header. anything else?

the absolute best thing u can do is get a hole new after market exhust system!.........thats the best thing to do

White brothers sells a hot tip for the stock pipe on the 300ex. I've never seen one or rode with one, but they probly add somthing.

best power mod you can do is to take that old exhaust off, put it in a box, and buy a new one. have you ever seen the inside of the muffler? it is in a zig zag to cut down on noise. :huh :huh :huh

yeah when i took the spark arrestor out i looked inside it. it looks like the inside of an airplane motor or something. its pretty weird lookin. what exactly does the thing that white bros sell do?

I am currently testing a stock 400 pipe that I reworked and it seems to be a lot better than it was. I can do these mods to about any of the bikes but it generaly costs you about half of a new set up

About all I do is rearrange the tubes inside it....lots and lots of cuttin and weldin

oh yeah i thought about doing something like that. i've been told you can just take a welder turn it up really hot and burn some of the tubes out.
