fox evol problems

a friend of mine has a set of fox evols on a 04 yfz he had a bad case of the flat lands at the track the other day well turned out he flat landed 1 to many times and blew some kind of seal out of the top of the shock it covered the side of the quad with oil is this something u can fix on ur own or will he have to send them off to get redone?

They will have to sent to a company that can service evols. The shock will have to disassembled and have the shaft seals replaced and the evol body seals replaced. When was the last time they were serviced?

im not real sure he bought them off of a guy in new mexico they werent new.......they seemed to be fine un til this day

well if he knows what hes doin he can do it himslef id sugest that i hate haveing other pepole fix my race stuff even when my stuffs under warrntey i wont let any one but myself touch it

Your better off sending them to a suspension center and getting it right the first time.
