What jet do I use with a Rossier Full exhaust system?

I have a 2005 TRX450r with a full Rossier racing system, and I am running a K&N with a pre filter in a box with no lid. I was wondering what jet I should have in there for the best performance.

Start with a 180 main.

Is that all you have done to the motor? If so, then yeah a 180 is a good starting place. I run a 195 in mine with a full Rossier, but I also have alot of head work done as well.

Can anyone help me? I just got rid of my sparks for a Rossier.

My quad is an 07. The jetting is

Mj:168
Pj:50
Leak:55
Needle: 3rd slot.


Am I going to need to chage anything? All I have is the pipe, uni filter, and open airbox.
