i built this bracket to hold my reservoir because its the only place i could get it with the length of the line and the direction that the hose came out of the shock. it is in between my engine and my radiator. is this too close? do you think its pulling to much heat from them on both sides. i thought wile i was ridding it would get a little air and a little air from my radiator fan. let me know what ya'll think?

after ridding for a wile today i bent down to touch it. and it wasnt like boiling hot and i could hold my hand on it but i could tell it was pretty hot.

id say its alright, only one way to tell, ride it and see if you can feel it fade, most likely you wont

Can u cut the bracket shorter and make the rezzy sit lower?
I'd say its probably getting most of the heat from the header.
And maybe put a shield over the top/back of it.
Ive never felt my rezzys get hot, only slightly warm.

put the machine in the back of your truck and drive down a bumpy road for awhile then feel how hot they get ive seen guys have marks left on their hands just from the thing being trailered

Even with the stock shocks after some hard riding they are very hot to the touch on the resevoirs. I can notice the fade they will sit lower and feel softer and dont seem to rebound as quick.
