jetting change or no?

i had a HMF full system on my bike and the header busted so i took it off and sent it in to HMF for maybe a warranty fix, im wantin to ride my bike and wondering if i can slip the stock system on and not have to change my jetting

mods are

UNI no box lid
13:1 piston
110 pump gas
cam mod
172 main
45 or 46 pilot
stock needle 3rd clip
