wondering if this is a good deal

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=120381429675QQssPageNameZMERC_VI_RSCKCK_Pr12_ PcY_BIN_Stores_IT&refitem=350208943472&itemcount=12&refwidgetloc=active_view_item&usedrule1=StoreCatToStoreCat&refwidgettype=cross_promot_widget&_trksid=p284.m184&_trkparms=algo%3DDR%26its%3DS%252BI%252BSS%26itu%3 DISS%252BUCI%252BSI%26otn%3D12

im toying with the idea of doing a rebuild in the next year or so and in the meantime im shopping to get an idea of how much i need to put aside.

also for the 440 kit is there any machining that needs to be done or can i do everything needed in my workshop?
