clutch roblems please help

ok i hve a 2002 440ex and one of the clutch spring bolts snapped off........problem is can i ride it home this way(the quad is on the trail now i do not want to hurt it.) i got the broken piece out but will it hurt it? thanks in advance,chad

The only thing that it would do is not engage real tight. It will probably slip very easy. Be careful and i suppose it would be ok. steve

i am sure it is not recommended can you just pull it home anyway? steve

what i wana know is how did u get the right side crankcase cover off with all the oil inside it in the woods and i just replaced my clutch and i dont know if i coulda done it in the woods! i would def say have someone tow u home if there is no oil in the thing!!

I busted one also. defiantly replace all of them as they seem kinda weak.
