regular or long travel?

my front end on my 400ex is stock. i plan to upgrade to 450r shocks with +2 a-arms. should i get the a-arms in regular or long travel. any mods needed to upgrade to r shocks? thanx

theres a sticky at the top of the forum that tells you how to install 450r shocks

Get regular arms, if you get long travel arms you have to get long travel shocks, there a few inches longer. The 450 shocks are most definitely not long travel.
