got a random q?

anyone on here with any knowledge on old kx 125s like 84-86 just basically got one for free needs some work no spark dont know where to start or what the normal problems are for these,

i know this sisint the right section but i know theres alota mechanics up on here

no spark hmm? try a new plug, then test the coil to see if its good, with an ohm meter, there should be very little resistence in between the 2 terminals, around .1 to .5. Then take the mag cover off and see if its rusted up or anything missing or broken. be sure the ground is good and not rusted or corroded.
