fcr carb setting on a 400ex

the bike is a 416 has 39mm fcr carb, cam, rev box, curtis sparks x6 pipe freshly rebuilt. it has problems cutting in and out from half to full throttle but mainly does it on a hill or while ridin a wheelie. what could be the cause of this?

Maybe your float has something? I know my carb used to do this when my float was slightly tilted in the carb as soon as I was going up a little hill it's like the carb was 90 degree tilted lol.
