I currently have 450r shocks on an 02 400EX. I was wanting to add some Houser +2 A-Arms and I was wanting to know if the stock 450r shocks would work for the time being. I plan on sending the shocks off to GT Thunder later this summer, but I was wanting to know if the houser a arms would work before and after. Thanks for any info.

The stock 450r shocks work pretty well with +2 arms. I've been using mine for several years without a revalve/respring. I don't race, so I can't justify $700 for a rebuild, and I really don't think they need it for just aggressive trail/recreational riding.
