Replacement shock Question?

My uncle ask me to replace the rear shock on his early 90's yamaha Moto4, the rear shock is toast does anyone know of another rear shock that would bolt right up besides a Warrior? Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Why not just get a moto 4 shock any shock will work as long as its the same length.

agreed on the moto 4 shock. i would try to get one of those. most likely the valving and springs will be different in any other shock which could really change the suspension in the back. steve
