Best riding in East TN, Tri-Cities

To all, if you live in the Tri-Cities, Elizabethton, Erwin, Johnson City, Bristol, Kingsport area you need to ride at Buffalo Mountain. I know there's posts on here about it but it seems I never see anyone out there and all the posts are old. This is one of the best trails I've rode to date. Much better than I-81 Motorsports for half the cost and twice the challenge.

Some areas (2 to date) are hard to navigate on 2wd ATVs but should be no problem with any/all 4WD/UTV and MotoX.

The cost is $5 to ride based on the honor system and there is a loading ramp for trucks which is very nice.

I am going today and will shoot some vid/pics of the trail.

So we made it out to Buffalo. My camera mount didnt work out cause the camera battery was dead and i just put new ones in. cheap batteries.

Ran into a 3 guys riding atvs. did't hang out to talk to them cause we wanted to ride the entire 13 mile trail, which we did, in the rain.

i got bucked off the buffalo today, bent my front rim and landed on my shoulder pretty hard. everything from my neck to my butt cracked. can't hardly use the arm right now.

so be warned, this is a intermediate to advanced course, it's can be fast and dangerous. you can drop off the edge at any time, rock climbs, endless puddles varying in depth and two way traffic.

anyone else here ride there??
