Hey guys I'm going to be racing for the first time this spring in D34 (MN) ATV Harescrambles. I can't spend too much on shocks. What would be my wisest choice for front shocks, considering I may not even like racing (i do normally ride fairly rough). I'm 6'1"-280 if that matters as far as what brand to go with, I'm going to have Rath rebuild my rear shock eventually, since he hear in town and I loosely know him through some buds. Would I be wise to buy better non-rezzies that you can add rezzies to later when I have more money. I'd like some experienced racers opinions, help please! Thanks.

If you are on a budget, Works is the way to go. What ever you do, get rezzies. Your shock will last longer. If you can bear to go with out aftermarket shocks for a little while longer. Keep saving and get Elkas. They are sweet.
