a friend of mine was wanting to know if they make a kicker kit for the 400ex or if someone knows if it is possible to put a kicker on it thanks

its possible but its alot of work.search it theres a thread somewhere on here that tells you how to do it

the only way without major headaches are with the xr400 bottom end. don't even bother its not worth it

if you wanted a kicker you should just get a xr400 motor in it

yeah especially because the xr400 was built with more power than the ex motor. it should bolt up fine but u will have to modify to kick forward and u would have to modify the rear brake pedal.
