I just rejetted my carb. with a 128 and the plate C clip thing (not sure what it is called) is on the second to last position on the needle (last position=closest to the tip of the needle). My mods consist of a close air box with K&N, stock head pipe, and HMF slip on. When I'm coasting in 2nd or 3rd gear and I give it full throttle, there is a split second of a lack of acceleration then it shoots up like normal. Is this common or should I change something on my carb? I'm being a bit nitpicky, it's really barely even noticeable, I have no pinging and back firing after rejetting, and throttle response has improve dramatically. This just is one of my quirks and is bothering me a bit.

Try raising the c-clip up one notch.

yeah your clip should be in the middle and you should replace your stock pilot jet with a 40 instead of a 38 that will help.

In the instructions it said it should be in the 4th position though for under 5000 ft. I live at about 1000 ft.
