ok i blew my 400 and decided to mod it out.how should it compare to the 450"s out there

440 big bore with a stroker kit stroked to a 464
supertrapp shorty
kn
rev box
hot cam

Is that a list of what you Have done ?,
or a "wishlist" of what you Want to do ?

What compression are you using ? /will you, be choosing?
Which hot cam are you referring to?
Have you considered HD studs?
Stock carb?
Gearing?
Suspension?

To try and compare to a 450, there are ALOT of things to consider.
First and foremost would be,
is it really worth the cost to attempt to run with a 450r, and do you have the cash to do it.
as opposed to simply starting out with a 450r.

Spend some time searching and reading the many threads covering these questions, and you may find the answers, and learn much more in the process.
