this a good cheap camera?

hey guys, figured this was the best place for a camera question, i want to get a new camera, one with movie capability and able to take pictures without much pause time, i found this one and it seems to be pretty good for the price, i dont want to get into lense's and lights etc, just want a decent camera better then my moms old canon 4mp, lol
