Front end help needed

My 2001 400EX does not track straight anymore and I think the tierods need to be adjusted. What is the proper way to get your front end aligned?

I know if you do a search in tie rods there's a really good thread, that has some good ideas on how to adjust them. Don't remember the name of it though, gonna have to look it up again myself. lol
