When i have the clutch disengaged on my bike its still engaged a bit, the bike will actually keep moving very slowly, its not my clutch cable i adjusted it. When i rev the bike it will fully disengage but when the revs come down it engages again?

check the adjustment inside the case on the clutch pack. if it isn't adjusted right in there, it will have problems.

just the right side case, maybe like 8 bolts. it doesn't require you to split the whole thing up. just the side case. download the manual in the other post and it will tell you what to do.

I got the same thing going on and i have adjusted both outside cable settings, so it looks like I am going to take that off. If I tighten the cable more using those settings, it just causes the clutch to slip. I am also kinda thinking about just buying a clutch kit and doing it at the same time though. Do the baskets usually need replacing?

This for 50 bucks kinda seems like a no brainer to do.
