As everyone started to filter in Thurs. night, people would start to wonder what was in store for the week ends weather as a storm front moves in producing 50 MPH winds and tornado watch 70 miles away. :eek2:

QuadJunkies

The storm front proved to be a short one, and the wk ends weather was actually very pleasant
Racing conditions consisted of just a sprinkle or two and a little chilly in the morning with overcast skies and temps in the high 60's .

Riverdale Raceway would bring more diversity as this round would consist of much tighter trails similiar to the GNCC.
Logs, ruts, roots, and alot of trees!
The MX course would require alot of commitment as well.
No enduro section was set up this round, but did include a 1/4 mile drag strip! :eek2:

QuadJunkies

The ashault claimed a few riders over the wk end but nothing that caused any serious injury and riders were able to finish up the race .

This is an awesome shot of Dillon, too bad it will be the last one for a while. Dillon crashed hard at the Quadcross race on Saturday night and was airlifted to the hospital. He has about 9 broken ribs, a broken scapula, a punctured lung and a bruised kidney. From what I was told, he is in ICU but is able to sit up and talk, but is in a great deal of pain. Hopefully he heals fast!
