Leaving the 400 for a LTR450

Well guys, I have decided to get rid of the 400 and go to a new 08 LTR450. Yeah I know Traitor..lol I have enjoyed my Honda and the reliability its given me the past 3 years. Hopefully the LTR will do the same and not leave me stranded...lol Thanks for the help and advice I have gotten for the 400ex.

I too left my honda mid-season for a KTM. It was hard to do but out here desert racing water cooled big HP is where it's at. I think on the east coast I would still prefer my old 440ex. It's just a simple, reliable, good feeling quad.

Can't beat a LTR.
50 in. wide right outta the factory. Honda needs a MX version of the 450r so you don't have to dump coins into them for suspension.

I made the 400ex to ltr450 switch AND NOW am going back to the 400ex.

I loved the power and everything from the ltr but I miss my 400ex because of the slow wheelies and stuff. lol

400 over the ltr hands down unless your strictly racing mx.

I had a full XC LTR and it was a pile. To say the least. It felt good to sit on but to ride it was a slug. The 400EX I have now is far superior to my LTR

Thanks guy's Its been a tough decision to get rid of the EX. Its never let me down but its the right time move up to something bigger. Im definitely going to miss having reverse...lol
