Very nice. Def post some video of the beast. I used to have a Vortech SFMU on one one of my Eclipse builds. Very nice to work with.

Well got alittle done tonight. Did alittle more after this picture but O well.. All thats left is the crank pulley/tensioner/belt, Hooking up the FMU and hooking up the Boost A Pump.O and buying an air filter. Then im done and ready to smoke em.. :)

I was thinking about getting mine polished before putting it on but said F it and started the install.

Maybe one day I will.


Your trucks badass. Ill only be running about 9psi

Thanks, same to you. Yeah the polished was like 150 extra when I bought the kit so I was like whatever and just got it.

Paxtons are good blowers. Should make some good power with the 5.8.

You're limited to about 8-9 psi with a non-intercooled kit. You could add a Vortech aftercooler later on and pulley down for some more boost. I know I felt a big difference in power going from a 3.70" 8-9 psi head unit pulley to a 3.40" 12 psi pulley on mine.

Powerstroke intercoolers are popular mods for blown lightnings.
