How do you cut the fenders to make them racecuts and not be jagged or anything?....I want it to like this

first put masking tape on both sides in the arc that you want to cut. Start wide as you can always take more off but cant ad once removed. use a jig saw with a fine-tooth blade and cut away. use a tape measure and check the distance from the frame at various points to make sure both sides are the same. A razor blade/carpenters knife can be used for the final touches.
lastly - ride and enjoy being able to see where your front tires are going...:)

I used a dremel on mine, and first marked it out with an exacto knife. Seemed to work great for me.

First mark it with a WASHABLE marker...then cut it with a dremel.
Then when your done use sand paper to make it smooth(some people use a lighter and heat it)

I used electrical Tape to make the outline then i cut with a hack saw and filed off the edges. Then I took a high grit sand paper and smoothed off the edges.

the best way that ive founnd is breaking a hack saw blade in half and tapeing someof it for your had and cutting it that way, its more predictable and u can get a straighter line, and torch the cuts to make them shiney and stock looking
