Holes in 525S frame = corrosion?

I have a new 2008 525S and have noticed at least 5 approximately 1/8" holes in both sides of the frames. I guess some of them are used to mount nerf bars. I am concerned about moisture getting into the holes and causing corrosion. Does anyone know if the frame has drainage holes? I sprayed some anticorrosion oil into the holes, but I don't want water to build up in the frame. Thank you in adavance for your answers.

I drilled more holes in the frame on bottom at the corners to make sure no water stays in the frame after washing. I don't think a little water as long as it just doesn't sit in there will make a difference.
