yz426 head

i no a yfz450 cylinder will work on the yz426 but is the head on the yz426 the same as as the yfz450? in other words can i take a yfz450 head and bolt it on to the yz426.

a 426 head will only go onto a 426 cylinder. the 450 head will only go onto the 450 cylinder. thats what im running.
