yes they work great as a tt bike. i have a lonestar with a crf250 in it that my daughter races tt on, i have a lonestar with a crf450 that i tt on, i have a legacy viper frame 250r geometry with a trx450 electric start that my other daughter races tt on, and i have a walsh yz426 bored and stroked to a 450 that we race tt on.
