hey does a cr 250r cyl work on a trx? ftz does it... how do they use the power valve?

they dont use the power valve it has a block off plate where the power valve goes.

the port configuration from factory is better overall than what the trx was. and with the powervalve removed it is better suited for dune/drag scene. once dialed in, they actually make descent power.

nykasil bore and better cooling. Pistons are easier to find and can be found cheaper.

nope, they are mechanical, and its barely possible without major case modifications. i have heard of 1 person doing that, and it didnt even work that well.

The pv in a Duncan or something like that runs off a spring right? Any way to make the cr run with a spring?

nope, you have got to have pressure to open the powervalve, from the exhaust. and just to let you know, the duncan pv does NOT have a spring in it. Ive got a cylinder setting on the shelf.
