ok so i got an 05 with lid off and pro circuit slip on and im currently running dyno jet 50 pilot and 155 main and im like 3 1/2 turns out on the screw and it runs ok but alittle sluggish on the bottom and alittle flat on the top. so im thinking of going bigger on both pilot and main but a 52 pilot seems really big for a slip on. but the pro circuit has a screen type spark arrester and im wondering if thats the popping sound on decel. it got better when i turned out the a/f screw.

Bump the main up a little. Maybe like a 165 dynojet main.
Putting more fuel into the whole carb might even help the popping on decel.

If it doesn't check for exhaust leaks at header.
If the main doesn't help the popping and theres no exhaust leaks then try for the 52 pilot.
