my hubs are wearing down they got some play in them just wondering whats the best make

if lonestar makes some i would say they are the best and then g force and durablue would be next in that order. I think there are some others that make them too but i cant remember right now, steve

i dont think that the hubs have bearings inside them in the rear they just have some splines. this is the same with the front unless his wheel bearings are wore out and then yes he should replace them. lol, steve

i still like the lsr ones better than the others from hardkor but i guess that is just me. I am not a fan of having them turned inside or making them look like they are turned. steve

Why not stock again? Could proly easily find a used set on here or ebay or new from service.

oh, i was thinking the front hubs had play in them. now it makes sense :) . just remember that if your hub splines are worn out, the axle splines most likely are too.

sometimes they can be. the hubs are softer metal though so at least they wear out faster than the axle does. i am not saying that they arent but that the hubs wear quite a bit before the axle will show any sign. it depends on how bad they are. thanks for the info on that pipeless i did not think about that, steve

i got a durablue rear axle and its got a lifetimewarrentie so if the splines are wore out ill just get a new one

im pretty sure the life time warrnty is only 4 braking the axle just like my lonestar lifetime warrenty.not 4 the wear
