Small Block Chevy Intake Manifold

Pappy, would you recommend coating an aluminum intake manifold for a small block chevy or not. They get so dirty so quick and I wanted to coat it with something so it was easier to clean. I wanted to do the chrome powder, but if you don't recommend it I will go another direction.

I've done many of them. Chrome with clear looks pretty good

Usually anywhere from $45 to $70 depending on how bad it is. being cast aluminum, I send them to burn off regardless if they are bare or coated/paint so that I can have all the oils burnt out of them.
