View Full Version : Notice 1 tooth?
Do you think you could notice a 1 tooth difference on the REAR sprocket? I am currently running a 14/39 and was thinking about putting the 38 back on to give a bit more speed. Do you think I will be able to tell?

On the rear to feel it you would want to do at least 2 maybe even three. 1 tooth would increase it but prob not enough to tell.

to increase top end you have to go up on the front sprocket not down.
1 tooth up on the front end will make a difference 1 tooth down on the rear wont be as noticable.

Is the rear sprocket hard to change? I wouldn't mind going down 2.

just remove your left tire and unbolt the sprocket. simple as that.
