Eventually. Rossier's shop is only 2hrs north of me, so I'm going to take the motor up there as soon as the valvetrain needs it and/or money will allow. Plan on full xceldyne valve kit, Rossier's port work, hi comp piston, cams, Falicon knife rod, and crank blueprint. Going all out when it's time.

why are u wrapping your pipe i thought charlie said not to wrap becauses it stores to much heat. just wonderng.

Am I missing anything? swing arm guard? something every XC ride should have.

Sweet quad none the less though.

It's got a sprocket and rotor guard. Swing arm guards hang up on too much stuff. If you look closely many XC quads run a setup like mine.

Never heard anything about Charlie saying that. I did it mostly to keep residual heat from boiling the gas, plus it would keep a lot of heat off my leg.

ic what kind of chain guide are u using i cant see one with the tire in the way. how do u like your chain gaurd and rotor gaurd do the work well

sweet bike i'm looking at getting a ds but i'm not sure on the stock set up how was it stock
